1. Who we are

KASSIA is provided by Dolomitica Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11844886), registered office: Flat 93 Biddulph Mansions, London, England, W9 1HU. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or using KASSIA you agree to these terms.

2. The service

KASSIA is an AI financial organiser for couples: a tool for recording and viewing household income, spending, savings goals and assets, with an AI assistant ("Ask Kassia") that can answer questions about the data you have entered and help you manage it.

KASSIA is an organisational tool, not a financial adviser. See section 6.

3. Your account and household

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

KASSIA households are designed for up to two members. Financial data entered into a household is visible to the other member of that household. Only invite or join a household with someone you trust with this information. Each member is responsible for the data they enter.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By starting your subscription immediately, you request immediate performance; if you withdraw within 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

5. Fair use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to breach the security of the service; use it for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer it except where the law permits; resell access; or use the AI assistant to generate or process unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, normally after warning you first unless the breach is serious.

6. Not financial advice

KASSIA, including Ask Kassia, provides organisational tools, calculations and AI-generated information based on the data you enter. Nothing in KASSIA constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and Dolomitica Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any equivalent body. Figures (including net income estimates, projections and goal progress) are indicative and may contain errors. Always verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. AI-generated content

Ask Kassia responses are generated by an artificial intelligence model. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident. You are responsible for checking AI responses before relying on them or letting them modify your household data.

8. Your data

Your use of KASSIA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights in the data you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the service, including sending relevant parts of it to our AI provider to answer your Ask Kassia queries.

9. Availability and changes

KASSIA is an early-stage product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service or make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, you may cancel and we will refund any prepaid amount covering the period after discontinuation.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that: we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on information in KASSIA (see sections 6–7), for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in that period (or £50 if you paid nothing).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive (6, 7, 10, 12) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
